If ever there was a game that should have been on video, this was it. The best game to watch – so exciting, nail bitingly close with the win only certain in the last quarter! The Reds well and truly came up against their toughest opponents ever. Not only was this team tall and solid but they could play miniball. Each quarter was a draw and it was through excellent teamwork, keeping a cool head to keep in control plus sheer fitness that they pulled away so solidly at the end. Talk about proud! The whole team piled on the pressure and Nicholas McA made some amazing intercepts that set up the final quarter but Player of the day went to Mitchell R for attacking and passing well, great defence and keeping calm under pressure.
