Touch-Week1

The Blues and Reds both started with a draw for the season. The Whites had a big loss but were playing a team older and more experienced. The Reds had a 4 all draw with Elmgrove, the team played really well and moved the ball around the field while making easy yards up the middle. The Blues had a hard fought 10 all draw with St Marys. This was a significant result considering the Blues were beaten by 10 tries by the same team at the end of the previuos season. Great tries by Olivia H and Emma P helped the team capture the lead just after halftime. St Marys used the speed and skill of two of their experienced Touch players to bring the game to a draw. After 3 weeks of games the module will be broken into three sections catering for the differing skills of all the teams.
