Rebels Training Session
On Thursday 31st may Otago Rebel and New Zealand A representative Phillipa Finch came to Outram School to work with our senior Netball teams. The session was very valuable to all students, who were put through game based senarios and individual/team skills. Phillipa was impressed at the the enthusiasm and skill level of the Outram students. Students participated in a full game at the end of the session to build on and trial the new skills. After the seesion students took the opportunity to get Phillipas signature and chat with Phillipa about being a Otago Rebel.

Jump Jam Extravaganza
On Saturday the 26th of May many schools entered the 2007 Jump Jam Extravaganza. About 16 schools entered and came out with a great preformance. At the beginning each coach went up to recieve certificates and vouchers for all of the teams that had entered.
Some teams were great, some not so great. But it wasn't a competion, Brett Fairweather decided this year it was just for fun. It was like a fun, exciting adventure and I am pretty sure that everyone had fun.

Yr 7/8 Basketball-vs KVC
The score was 30-12 to Outram. The players that played good were JARED/CAMERON/LAURA. Outram had good defence so KVC could not get to the goal and had to take outside shots. The team is now 3-0 and looks like the dominant team in the competition.

Yr 7/8 Basketball
The Yr 7/8 had a fantastic win over the old foe Taieri College 36-18. The team played well as a unit and were able to score at will. Standout performances from Cam W and Craig J helped maintain the dominance of the team. The team now has 2 wins from 2 games.
